MIKE SCHUDE

I’m Mike Schude with the Schude Group.  I have lived in Arizona for most of my life but I’m originally from Chicago Illinois.  I have owned several businesses over the years including a private payphone company that competed with Qwest Communication and smaller payphone companies.  After growing the company and seeing the rise in popularity for cellular phones I sold the company and started a cellular phone company that catered toward businesses and reducing their monthly costs.   After years of owning 2 successful companies and learning about business and marketing,  I decided to go into real estate in 2004.  My wife Ann Schude had already been in the business for several years before that and I felt that we would be a powerful team in real estate working together.  Real estate has been the most rewarding career because I love working with people and helping  them find their dream home or sell a property for a record amount!  I’m very dedicated to my clients and I will never be missing in action.  I always have my phone with me and you can contact me during the day, nights and weekends.  I’m here to work for you!    You can reach me at 480-201-9593 or at 877-286-1078.

ANN SCHUDE

I’m Ann Schude with the Schude Group.  I have grown up in Arizona for most of my life but I’m originally from Topeka Kansas.  I graduated from Arizona State University in 1999 with a BA political science.   I received my real estate license in 2002 and worked for Realty Executives for several years.  In 2006 we switched companies to West USA Realty Revelation.  After learning the business I teamed up with my husband Mike Schude and formed the Schude Group in 2004.   We formed the Schude Group because our skills sets compliment each other and we also worked well together with our previous business ventures.  I love working with buyers and negotiating the best possible prices.   I’m very dedicated to my clients and I always have their best interests at heart.   I always do my best to work around my clients schedule.  I will never try to pressure you into purchasing a home nor will I show you properties that don’t fit your needs.   I will keep you informed at all times and make sure I’m available to answer any questions you have.  You an contact me at 480-201-3581 or at 877-286-1078

CHRISTINE BAYER

I’m Christine Bayer with The Schude Group. I have lived in Arizona with my husband and three daughters for 18 years. I grew up in Southern California and graduated from University California Santa Barbara.  I then received my Teaching Credential from Long Beach State University and taught Kindergarten and first grade for eight years. I received my Real Estate License in 2007 and just recently joined the Schude Group. I was attracted to The Schude Group because of their high ethical standards and expertise in all parts of real estate.  I believe I compliment this group with my high work standards and ability to give 100% to my clients.
